Cougar Construction is a family owned and operated custom home building company steeped in tradition. Owner/ General Contractor, Sam Nelson is proud of his heritage as a fourth generation home builder and strives to build quality custom homes that people can afford.
Sam supervises all stages of construction on each one of his homes and draws upon his extensive “hands on” home building experience to ensure that each home is built to the highest quality standard.
